Dallin's first trip to the zoo

Dallin has really started to love animals. He is really good at most animal sounds, especially the horsey, so while we were in Boise this weekend we decided to have a Grandma date and take Dallin to the zoo. It was so much fun. He really liked it. He loved just watching the animals as they moved around. The monkeys put on a great show for him and we got to watch the penguins be fed. It was so fun and I can't wait to take him again sometime. Maybe next time we'll take him to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake.

While Grandma Wendy, Aunt Christina and I were painting our Easter craft, Uncle Kurt put a bunch of paints out in front of Dallin and let him choose the colors he was going to use to paint his face. Dallin picked blue and orange all by himself so uncle Kurt painted a Bronco on the side of his face. I think he looks pretty tough and I'm pretty sure he needs to be a football player someday.
